参赛方法

每天上午10点登录比赛页面，查看比赛试题，然后到指定页面的评论区里发布参赛作品。

注意事项

以下两项不按要求则无法记录成绩：

昵称用“2位数字加姓名”：2位数字是年级和班级，如本人在七年级五班就写 75 ；姓名部分可以不是全名。
邮箱填写你在企业微信中的电话号码加@163.com 如：13152665478@163.com

请注意每次昵称和邮箱保持一致。

比赛评分

五个词汇都正确运用计10分，每多用正确运用一个预设词汇多2分，最多20分；
根据提交作品顺序，前10名加2分，11至20名加1分；如有作品严重雷同的，则后面提交的不予计分，名次顺延。如同一人提交多次作品，以最后一次的次序为准。
每次比赛评选出最佳作品（内容连贯，表达清楚，主题明确）5名，最佳1人加3分，其余4人加1分；
连续答题参赛10天奖励5分，连续参赛20天奖励15分，全程比赛无遗漏的奖励30分；
在文末标明使用给出词的数量的加1分，也可用括号在文标注出来；

Jane hated eating vegetables, such as tomatoes, potatoes and so on. But she has to eat them, because she has to join in a school meet next Sunday to build her up. She is good at jumping and she does badly in running. So she wants to take
part in the long jump, but her teather let her join in the girls’ 800 relay race. So she is unhappy. She wants to find some advice to win the race. Then a singer answers her. She said she also hate running in the past, but she knew she shouldn’t give up. So she suggested her to run every day, and Jane should make the race as a normal race, let herself relax.

My friend’s dream is to be a good-looking singer. But he’s fat. He heard that jumping more and eating more tomatoes could make him not fat. But the result is badly.So he hates the suggestion and unhappy . He asked me for some advice. I answered him this is normal.You need to find a way that works for you. Such as made a plan to try. The singer hated eating vegetables such as potatoes and tomatoes. When people asked her why she doesn’t eat vegetables, her answer often made people unhappy. She was angry when she saw vegetables. Her body was bad. Once when she was singing ,she fell down and hurt her leg. Her friends took her to the hospital. The doctor advised her to eat more vegetables and do more exercise, such as walking and jumping. Then she could return to normal life more quickly. She did it and began to like eating vegetables. Tom is very free.He always stays at home all the time.His mother advices him to find a job.There are many jobs for him to choose.
